»Something I wrote in a storm of anger.
Saturday, 8 June 2013
Okay I kinda wrote this a while back while I was still really emotional but I quite like it. Aesthetically. So I'm publishing it anyway. Just FYI the opinions and feelings expressed here aren't really representative of my current state so...yup :D
It's a Thursday night and I don't owe any homework to anybody. It's a Thursday night and tomorrow is Good Friday so I can afford to cry and scream and loosen the stops I've kept on my feelings. Just a little. Then wipe it off by tomorrow so I can do a chinese project and goof off and try pretending the thought of you doesn't bring to mind some form of sadness to the surface, laced with just a bit of anger, dusted with a sprinkling of disappointment.
Wipe it clean, damn it. Make the doodles you've left on my SS powerpack go back to hands that wrought them, your damned pale hands with the bitten fingernails. Take back the flowers that still hang over my bed because I can't bear to see them go, leaving an empty corner behind. Scrub yourself from my dreams, because I don't fucking know, man.
I hope you hate me. I hope your friends hate me and the rose glow of our shared memories turn green, green as bitter can be. It'd be easier, really. You probably already do. I hope you tell your future girlfriends about me, that asshat you used to be with, who can't even stop using the word "I" long enough to monologue properly, who couldn't care in the right way.
Wish because I can't do, hope because I can't see and hate because I can't feel properly. Nope, not me.
Sigh.
A relief then.

»"Clubs and Societies are slacker CCAs"
Monday, 8 April 2013
I resent this sentiment. Really, I do. Okay, I can't speak for the other C&Ss, but personally I do know that ELDDS puts in so much effort. Even certain teachers can see it. Before joining LD, Mr Poon warned me that it was no slacker than any sport CCA, even canoeing. "They may seem very slack, but when competition comes around, the amount of time they put in voluntarily is huge."
We put in this time voluntarily, ladies and gentlemen. And in a way, I'm proud of my CCA in that aspect, because while it isn't like we have 3-4 mandatory sessions a week, we actually sacrifice our time of our own accord.
Why then? Why is that we always get screwed and pushed to the side when it comes to funding and CCA allocation? We've been struggling along in debate competitions and SYF without a coach, it's a testament to my CCA mates effort we've gone as far as we have.
Just. Unhappy.

Currently dying under a deluge of schoolwork. Can't concentrate hence the blogpost.
It's been a while since I've posted eh?
History
Anyway. History. Christ. You're such a beautiful subject. But I really wanna throttle you sometimes. Every time I sit at my desk and crack open my TPC and start researching a voice inside my head starts screaming. I am not a person meant to sift through huge piles of information if it's not a storybook. Irrelevance annoys me.
Spare me your fancy specialised language and flowery sentence structure please my head hurts enough and I start hating history and consider failing it entirely.
Then I step into class again and apply the crap I plowed through over the week and it's so damn rewarding. No offence to core lit/geog people, but I don't think I'd get the same satisfaction out of finding out about the terrain of the earth or fully understanding the intentions of a fictional character. I've said it more than once but I'll say it again. History is awesome because it's like learning about fairy tales and legends and horror stories and picking them apart and knowing every step of the way that this actually happened at some point in the past. Doesn't that blow your frickin' mind?
Anyway yea I kinda forgot I had history pairwork with TL and god above someone kill me now Malaya is so hard to research everything is hard to research and my brain is in pain. I kinda doubt she'll even turn up on the google doc :/

»MERRY (belated) CHRISTMAS BITCHESSS
Friday, 28 December 2012
AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR~
AYY HELLO HELLO IMMA BACK AFTER LIKE WHAT, 2 MONTHS HIATUS?
Yea I finally felt guilty for leaving my blog alone for so long. It was like all alone in a corner, the poor thing. I tried writing okay! But every time I opened up blogger I'd just lose steam after like, 2 sentences.

Usually after not blogging for a long period of time I try to recap what I've been up to in the break? But I've never taken a two month break before so uh...well let's just say I'm a little bit short term memory. Just a teeny...tiny...bit...extremely forgetful.. A lot of things happened in the past couple months which I can't really remember right now.
You know what hasn't changed though?
My screen!
That shit is still broken! Surprise surprise, the TAs are lazy butts. They said the screen should only take around 2-3 weeks to ship -.- That was back in November. It's almost 2013 now.
I still spend too much time on tumblr. SHERLOCK ISN'T GONNA COME OUT WITH S3 UNTIL 2014 ASDFGHJKL;' WHY.
This post is gonna be kinda jumpy and stuff sorry not sorry. Spent Christmas Eve with Mick lazing around my house watching movies, then we went off to Buona Vista's Art Friend with Naomi to buy Reema's gift. Split ways and I went to Yishun to meet my mom. What fun, spent the first few hours of Christmas watching cartoons/crime documentaries. Clearly, it was a hardcore night.
...okay you know what I lost my writing mojo again before I just give up entirely and make this a half written draft that will never see the light of day, I'll end it here and give you a funny gif.
Hehe violence is always funny.

»Idk. Recent life?
Tuesday, 21 August 2012
Where to start?
This is gonna be another completely all over the place post so uh, yea. Mostly covering e-learning week cos my memory sucks like that.
National Day Celebration:
There was a lot of screaming. And singing. And sing-screaming. Apparently Hui Xuan sat on Joelle's head at some point of time and Joelle was pissed. But me, being the oblivious blockhead that I am didn't notice at all and just went on my merry way in the conga line so...
Weekend:
Put it this way. I don't think I was conscious for a large part of it.
(For the stupid readers out there, that means I was asleep)
Yea.
Monday-Friday:
Woke up on Monday, did my elearning and playing LoL afterwards with fluffy. Got our asses handed to us by bots but hey we haven't played in months okay don't judge. She was just going crazy over how many new characters were open and picking the hottest female characters she could find while I stuck with trusty ol' Annie. Tibbers is awesome, that is all. Also, if Fluffy is reading this, I DEALT ALMOST TWICE AS MUCH DAMAGE AS YOU HAHAHAHAH.
Tuesday I ended up going all the way to Chua Chu Kang to play badminton with Wei Yee and the rest. Christine kept sending us reminders to be early and whatnot but she ended up arriving the latest despite living the closest. *Cough*irony*Cough*. It was hilarious watching Joelle fail at badminton. I swear to god, she just stood.
The.
While. Shuttlecock.
There. Flew
Past.
Her.
(Didja get the joke. The words are like the path of the shuttlecock and 'her' is her. Zomg liek i'm so smart ikr)
She ended up getting injured the most despite playing the least so but then again it's Joelle. Waddya expect? And I kept twirling the badminton racket until I literally tore the skin on my index finger. Genius Mindy strikes again.
Wednesday was Batman day! And not a day too late either, it was the last day Batman was showing in GV. Hui Xuan was spazzing throughout and afterwards she told me that apparently she was trying to lean on my shoulder but I was too tall so she leaned on Fluffy instead. Why am I telling you about this? Because it's my blog and I'll post what I want bi-yotch. We wandered around Daiso and bought caramel corn because we're all gonna die of heart disease one day, so screw it. Can't remember much else. Short term memory woohoo!
Thursday and Friday I can't remember what I did so I'll go ahead and assume I was concussed on my bed again. Now that I think of it, I can't actually remember much else about my weekend either lol so I don't think anything happened.
Today we had to go back to schoool and I was late and I might've forgotten the anthem when asked to sing it so heh... Reema and I thought class ended at 12.35 because Mr Chan didn't come up so we went to the canteen and met with Mick, Naomi, Sharne and Mary. We were there until like 12.50 when Hannah came up to us and told us Mr Chan miraculously got off his fat ass to come up to class. Needless to say, we panicked and dashed back up to class. Mr Chan proved just as dense as always and didn't really seem to give a shit so we didn't get scolded yay!
He then promptly left 5 minutes after so we ran up for no reason at all. Great. Then class ended for realsies and we went back down again. Badminton happened. Then lunch. At 4 o'clock. Because proper eating patterns are for healthy people who care pfft.
I really don't know what else to write. So uh. Thanks for reading?

»I CAN'T BLOG OKAY
Thursday, 26 July 2012
OH MY GOD I CAN'T BLOG. MY MIND IS SCATTERED OVER A HUNDRED DIFFERENT SUBJECTS AND YOU'RE JUDGING ME I CAN FEEL IT. GAAHHHHH
SHORT SUMMARY OF MY WEEK:
Monday was terrible for reasons that I cannot name at the moment because short-term memory.
Tuesday was spent in anticipation of Limelight and I really don't know how else to put it but I was kinda disappointed. It didn't seem like ONE band playing. It seemed more like different people trying to play together. And quite a few of the soloists looked really nervous, which is really alright but makes me question how many times they've rehearsed since they looked so unsure. It was good, but it wasn't the spectacular standard that I'm used to the band putting forth.
Wednesday was quite bland as days go and I'd talk about the whole Ms Chan thing (what is up with people with this damn surname?) but that relates more to WY so I'm not gonna touch it lest she decides to blog about it. Ended up going for dinner with Mick and Reema and hoboing on some, uh, unique seats. I would've joined in the awkward when we saw them but I was too damn stoned from my cold to give a shit.
Today I didn't go to school and I spent the whole day trying to come up with ways to write this in an entertaining way but failed to so screw it.
I shall leave you guys with one of my favorite GIFs as a reward for reading through this terribly dry post. A POLE-DANCING CHICKEN :D

»King of the World
Wednesday, 18 July 2012
David is King of the World.
David is Happy.
He has everything one could ask for. He has experienced the finest luxuries and met the most beautiful women alive. He has seen the greatest wonders the world has to offer and has a mind well-developed to appreciate it. Yet David doesn't feel as happy as a King should.
David has seen the contentment on an elderly couples' face as they stroll through the sun, hand in hand as if they were to live forever. He has heard the carefree joy in children's laughter when they play, cheeky balls of energy weaving through obstacles in a game of tag.
Inwardly, he tells himself he is much better off than them. They, after all, are not Kings of the World. They have not lived as much as he. He is King, and they are Not.
They are Not. And he Is.
He whispers to himself as he falls off into the land of dreams.
Falling.
Falling.
Falling.
Falling into a pit of lies and self-deceit. Because David isn't happy but he'd be worse off acknowledging the fact. As a wise man once said,
Ignorance is Bliss.
This was extremely self-indulgent and I honestly have no idea where the fuck I was going with it but HEY, at least I'm not writing Mary-Sues. Amirite? IN MY DEFENCE THOUGH, I WAS LISTENING TO THIS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2XWIx8KEnVo&feature=related

»Let's get the small things out of the way first...
Sunday, 15 July 2012
The TA, it seems, can't fix a problem without causing a few more. To put a really, really long story short, I dropped my computer and damaged my hard drive, so I had to send my TPC to the TA to replace it. Which meant I lost all my data. That was expected.
What I didn't expect was THAT THEY'D STRIP MY ADMIN RIGHTS AND LOSE MY FUCKING STYLUS FOR ME THE FUCKERS.
I MEAN COME ON, WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? I CAN'T EVEN DOWNLOAD MSN. I REQUIRE MSN TO COMMUNICATE BECAUSE NOBODY REPLIES MY TEXTS DAMN IT. YOU CNA IGNORE A BEEP BUT YOU CAN'T IGNORE A BLINKING ICON ON THE BOTTOM OF YOUR TASKBAR ASDFGHJKL;' I NEED MY STYLUS TO DO SHIT. LIKE, IMPORTANT SHIT. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PRETEND TO DO NOTES ON MY EXAM SCRIPTS NOW?
So yes. I'm pissed. Putting that aside, almost everything went smoothly. With the exception of eh, the debate prep, crezawards, the debate and the sleepover. Those are the only exceptions, I swear.
1) Debate prep.
I'm going to be entirely honest here. I was pretty pissed off with a lot of people this week. It'd be easier to list the people I didn't get irritated at than the people I did. The list goes a little like this:
- Nicole
- Shash
- Wei Yee
At least internally. I'm not gonna mention the specific names. Just...yea. Shash and Nicole, I love you guys to death, really. You worked so hard and did so much research and hugs forever. I will buy you food. Or something. Something nice. Debate prep was... It was kinda sucky. Yet somehow, some part of me wouldn't mind going through it again. It was an experience and I guess we all learnt from it. A lot of stuff happened like the motion changing halfway through prep (WTF) and people not contributing *cough cough*.
2) Sleepover.
So Reema came over on Thursday to sleepover so that we could do more work. This did not work out for several reasons. Firstly, we did not get any quality sleep. At all. We ended up feeling even worse in the morning than the night before. This leads me to confirm my hypothesis that even with a friend, mornings suck.
Add to that the fact that my mom was kinda cranky and got pissed at Reema not greeting her and stuff, it was a terrible plan. It also left my room in a major mess, which certainly didn't help my mom's impression of her. Apparently rushing to get to school/meet up with Naomi for CrezAwards is not a valid reason for mess.
3) CrezAwards
It was fun and all. There's no denying that. It's just that there were a lot of screw-ups and stuff happened and I'd rather save that for my personal blog. The performances weren't as bad as I thought they'd turn out so that's one good thing :D It was rather surprising that a sec 1 won the dance category though and WY was pretty pissed when I told her Crystal got 2nd in the vocal category. Yep. Short and sweet.
4) MGS debate.
This was what prompted me to write this whole post in the first place. So many things went wrong I can't even.
Tricia couldn't come because her god-mother got sent to the hospital. Mr M couldn't come until 3 because he was judging for the lit festival. Ms Khan (we still don't know who the heck this woman is BTW) couldn't come because she was tired and worn out BECAUSE HER MARRIAGE WAS THE NEXT DAY. We were the only team there dressed like hobos without proper blazers and shit ties and looked like we crawled out of a dump. Everyone else was just like
And they looked all professional and shit and had coaches and teachers and people supporting them and we were just there like.
We went up against ACS Barker and won. By half a mark. Or 1 mark. I have no idea but the point is that it was kinda sad. Or really good since we ARE a pretty new team with no coach and half the team has little to no debate experience. Then we went up against SCGS and got trashed. Then lunch, in which Kash just sat there with Reema and giggled over texts. Nicole and Shash were talking about sec 1 stuff and I forever-aloned in the side with my food and phone. Which is usually what happens so /shrugs/.
Next round we went up against River Valley and I think I kinda screwed up by being too aggressive and un-lady-like and yea. Sorry guys.
We don't know whether we won the last round because the adjudicator disappeared after they released the schools going into the semis. While waiting for the results, I ended up sitting next to Mr M and it was awkward and I kinda wanted to murder everyone who shifted from my right to my left and Reema I'm talking to you why did you ask him to shift in next to me he was two seats away isn't it enough Nicole and Shash already shifted away and you're having fun with Kash and blaaarrrghhh.
I'll cut this off before I go full on rambling. Good night bye bye I caught a cold so I need to sleep otherwise I'll end up passing out next to fluffy tomorrow morning or just be straight up concussed on my desk the whole day.

»And 'crash' went the potted plant...
Monday, 2 July 2012
I thought today was gonna be a crap day since I had to wake up really early (for my standards anyway) and go to the National Library for project work. But it was actually really fun and surprisingly, we actually did work.
We were sitting on the floor next to a potted plant and then the security guard asked us to move since, I don't know man, apparently our butts will dirty the floor? So while getting up, Ayesha lost her balance and knocked over a potted plant and attracted the attention of just about everyone.
Besides that, nothing else eventful happened.
Until PINK DOT THAT IS.
Pink dot was just
Like seriously. At first I was getting a hell lot of stares on the train since I decided to go all out flamboyant with my outfit. Hey, why not? It's Pink Dot after all. I was late to meet Mick and Reema so in the end they went to the park without me. Long story short, I got lost and discovered that one has a better chance of a goldfish flying than Reema giving you good directions.
Anyway, I got there and attempted to strangle Reema while Mick gave me a once -over. Holy crap, Mick if you are reading this, you are the creepiest mofo I have ever met, bar none. Then she was just like "What in the heck are you wearing?" along with this:
And then we wandered around and stuff and captured some pretty hilarious signs. Well, Mick captured them , my camera is crap so I didn't. A lot of other stuff happened that I'm pretty sure no-one wants to read about so I'll skip, but before we lit up to form the dot, there were so many inspirational speeches from the ambassadors and Reema started crying. I was tearing up too, actually.
In those few moments, it felt like Someday would be possible. That maybe if we kept up this spirit of utter love and unity, maybe Singapore would be accepting of the gay community. It's a long way to go, but it is totally possible
After Pink Dot, we ended up hoboing along the Singapore river and had a pretty private talk, so I guess I won't write about that here. Maybe my private.

»There was pole dancing.
Tuesday, 19 June 2012
I'm sitting in my bed right now after showering and I still can't stop smiling. Today was our sec 4 farewell, the one we've been planning for about two months. The theme was Alice in Wonderland and everything was wonderful indeed.
The plan was to act extremely aloof so that the Sec 4s would get a little bit unnerved and fall for our Haunted house a lot easier. Inarguably, that plan flopped. Miserably.
It's kind of hard to be aloof when it's not just seniors aren't just seniors to you. They're your friends. And it's even harder when they surround you and start patting your head and telling you not to be sad because you've got big boobs. Shayna was all staring at me like
But then I was like " I CANNOT BE INDIFFERENT WHEN ALL I WANT TO DO IS RESPOND WITH A SASSY REMARK."
Anyway, after that we kinda gave up and ended up talking to them anyway. The haunted house failed anyway. Every Sec 4 group had one of THOSE people. You know, the kind who responds to fear with incessant screaming of vulgarities and ruining it for everyone else. Yep. So the haunted house kinda failed.
A lot of stuff and food and laughing and stuff later, we had our dance. And it was epic. We turned off most of the lights in the PAT and started blasting clubbing music. Everyone was just dancing/wiggling/seizuring with the music and I think there was a lot of grinding. And then somewhere along the line Kash started pole- dancing and we had a conga and and and so much things ALL THE THINGS FUCK ASDFGHJKL;'.
Then Jasmin, Mick, Reema, Neya and I went to Tiong and ate at 18 chefs for dinner. The lazy ass bastards didn't even bother blending the damn chillies into their tomato sauce and I choked on a piece of chilli and gagged for about 5 minutes. Reema and Jasmin, claiming that they were used to eating raw chilli then popped a small slice in their mouths and experienced the same mouth searing pain I was going through. Smart. We ended up ping-ponging through so many topics of conversation from LGBT rights and discrimination and Shoot-Shag-Marry then Would You Rather?
It was so much fun and words cannot possibly describe what we went through today. I'll miss the sec 4s and I think I'll always regret not joining LD earlier, but I treasure the time I had with them as it is. Sigh, my throat really hurts from screaming like that just now though, gonna go fix myself a cup of honey water. Ciao~

»First post in a long while~
Wednesday, 30 May 2012
This is odd ain't it? Haven't blogged in quite a while. Lol, my views have gone straight down to shit. Ah well, doesn't matter. It feels nice to write again, but I have absolutely no motivation for this. No inner conflict, no drama (not much anyway). Feels like one of those calm before the storm periods. Might as well enjoy while it lasts. Hi, if you happened to highlight thi.
Started playing League of Legends with Fluffy and Hui Xuan. Sometimes I feel a bit sorry for Fluffy, she constantly ends up being the one stuck in between whenever the both of us flare. And we flare quite often. I suppose it's because we're both people who are used to having others back down when we flare but flaring at each other usually makes the other even more aggressive. Gotta keep that in check.
I've been a lot more loose with my emotions lately and to be honest, it's quite refreshing. I can see why people choose to do things like Radical Honesty now. But I don't think I could live like that, being completely honest. I lie a lot as it is for convenience. But it would be a lot more interesting to be completely honest, wouldn't it?
Kind of weird but I'm starting to sink into the role of being a senior again. Being a sec 1 in CGS is quite a trying experience actually, constantly having to bow your head to almost everyone you see, so many unwritten rules. But when you're out, you can see why your seniors were so touchy about it in the first place. It's almost like a rite of passage, you're paying your dues, you know?
Hopefully, I won't get ditched at the BBQ like almost every other time I've tried to organise this sort of thing otherwise I will put someone's head through a wall :D
Not that this GIF reflects my emotions or anything. Not at the moment anyway. It represents me 90% of the time, just not now.

»Oh dear, I'm falling into line
Wednesday, 2 May 2012
It's funny really. No matter how hard you resist, eventually you become exactly what you despise. And I sound exactly like an angsty teenager. Hrm. I'll save the regrets for later.
So, the sec ones are annoying me. Their PBL emails are really going overboard. Neon colours? Okcan. Blue words highlighted in blue? Maybe their screens are different. But faking an urgent announcement to catch attention? Nope, you crossed some mighty big lines there, buddy.
So Wei Yee sent out an email telling them to cut it out. Obviously, the message didn't get through since they continued with the sending us retarded emails while acting cute -.-
Since the Wei Yee's email obviously didn't get through to them, I sent out another more strongly worded one again. And some asshat of a sec one replies me with what is basically:
And I'm fuming mad. I want to kick her in her bratty little face of hers, seriously. If I ever happen to see her, I swear, I can and WILL high kick her to the ceiling fan.But of course, being the wonderful person that I am, I apologise to her for 'hurting her feelings' by using this gif:
Sorry? Is it cause he's black? IS YOOSE RACIST WIMMINZ? GET BACK IN KITCHEN, SINCE YOU HAPPEN TO BE LIVING IN THE 50S THEN. Sigh. I'd write more but I can't seem to get into the zone to write :/ Even the GIFs seem out of place. You can read the full-fledged anger filled one on Wei Yee's blog linked up there ^ Or even in the Meet Somebody tab.
So I was damn tired last night after trying to force myself to do jianbaos (failed miserably, in case you were wondering). I go to sleep and then some fucker calls me at bloody 4am.
Three times.
In a row.
At 4am.
DRUNK.
How did I know he was drunk? Because on the third time he called, I picked it up and asked him who he was and why the heck he was calling me at that ungodly time. And he slurred out "Uh....oh sorry."
He sounded like my fuckhead of a father, which certainly doesn't help.
So I hung up and ranted on twitter. After a while though, I had an idea.
When my MYEs are over, I'm gonna stay up damn late. Like 3 am late.
Then I'm gonna sneak out to a public phone and call him. Repeatedly.
See how he likes that shit.

»Too many feelings
Friday, 27 April 2012
Sorry if I offend anybody in this post but this is gonna be one of those long strings of text where I'll be jumping around random topics. I just need to vent, okay?
Firstly, you know damn well I like him. Yet you keep hogging him when I'm in the middle of a conversation with him. I'll admit, I'm a jealous person. But please, let me talk to him peacefully? I only have so much time left, you of all people should know.
Secondly, I don't know why (actually I very much do, but I can't be bothered to elaborate on something nobody's gonna read) but I get pretty badly affected when I'm ignored. Maybe it's because I'm an only child who grew up not even seeing that much of my own mother or maybe it's because I've had shitty friends pretty much all my life.
Basically, yes, you damn well better pay attention to me if you want me to respond. I'm so bloody sick of constantly being the person who has to start conversations.
I'm bloody sick of feeling like an asshole who has to fill up the gaps of silences.
I hate not letting myself take offence because I know better.
I hate it when you end up meaning the world to me and I'm just another one of god knows how many people that you know.
Sometimes I wish I were childish enough to just storm into class bawling my eyes out because my brain won't stop telling me what a completely useless fuck-up I am. But I can't do that, can I? Because crying means the voices are right. It means I'm weak.
And I can't be weak, gotta uphold the image, y'know? Gotta be that girl at the side of the class who's trying so hard to be liked but nobody could give two fucks about unless they want someone to rant to, and I'm not even that good at that either.
I'm never the best at keeping secrets, or telling jokes, or being interesting. Sure, maybe I'm pretty. So what? Doesn't mean shit, statistically speaking. Doesn't even mean I'm even all that more likely to find a partner. Just one more thing to lose.
I blank out when I'm ignored because it hurts. If you've ever seen me walking silently up to class or refusing to answer verbally, you've got your reason right here. I hate myself for not being interesting enough to listen to and for being selfish enough to want that in the first place.
So much easier to be silent than to reply.
Coward, attention-seeking, liar, melodramatic.
Take one, take em all.

»The downfall of black eyes
Sunday, 22 April 2012
I've always found it kind of sad that Asians always have dark brown/ black eyes. Makes it really hard to see antything.
Ah well, I told Wei Yee I'd do a blog update, So I'm doing one now. So, today was supposed to be my TKD grading test and I started spotting yesterday. The uniform is all white. So, praying to every possible god I knew of (you'd be surprised) I went to sleep last night and hoped I was wrong.
I woke up with a japanese flag...
...On my pad. You didn't think I was stupid enough to sleep with nothing, right? I basically flipped out and started imagining how many different ways the test could go wrong.
/kick/ *ripping sound and something plops on the floor*
Judge dude : HOLY OH MY GOD YOU'RE BLEEDING. DID YOU BREAK SOMETHING?ASDFGHJKL;'
Me: shit.
Then I went to tuition and stuff and rushed off to my dojo.
Only to realise that the test is next week.
In short, my instructor probably thinks I'm some sort of moron now. I think I'm some sort of moron now. So yes, that concludes my failpost of the day.

So, our dearest PE rep (you know who the hell you are, sweetie) was being a bitch yesterday during physical training. Since Mrs Liu was off doing NAPFA retests for the people who didn't pass, we had to do workout on our own. Firstly, Mrs Liu already said that since all of us already passed the 2.4, it was fine if we took it slow when we were running ten rounds.
So for the first time in a long while, everyone ran together. Well, we brisk-walked about 4 rounds. And that didn't please our dearest PE rep. So after the whole class came in, she sat on the steps looking all pissy and told us that since we were "strolling" we had to do extra physical exercise. Fine, maybe that might've irritated a few of us but nothing to complain about, right? If you don't get that was sarcasm,
I don't entertain idiots.
So she comes up with this absolutely ridiculous punishment, which is whatever number of reps for the physical activity she told us to do times whichever amount of rounds we didn't run. So, 20 pushups becomes 80, 30 situps becomes 120 and 1 minute plank becomes 4 minutes.
Seriously? Are you like, retarded? Did your mother drop you as a child? Oh wait, she probably did. Certainly explains your face. So obviously, no one is willing to do that much of an increase in workout, so we got pissed and argue back. Because :
- Bitch, you ain't got the goddamn authority. You are not a PE teacher. You are here as a STAND-IN, not an actual teacher.
- There is nothing wrong with brisk-walking in between while running. I mean, dude, even YOU walked a few times. Why don't you do extra workout as well? If it was just one person who did 4 rounds slow, would you punish them? No? THEN DON'T BLOODY PUNISH THE REST OF THE CLASS, FUCKTARD.
- Does it ever occur to you, that maybe we hate running? Not everyone is so high on endorphins when they run and 'play with their leg muscles' under their blanket, asshole. At least we bothered trying to run the last 5 rounds.
So after telling this to her, she insists on doing it her retarded way. In light of her having a rock instead of brain, we discussed among ourselves and decided, "You know what? She can go fuck herself. If she wants us to run so badly, FINE, we'll run the whole goddamn thing again."
Thus, the whole class ran out of the hall, leaving her speechless while we cheered something about 'Viva la Revolution!" outside.
When we finish, she's sitting on the hall steps throwing a tantrum and refusing to say anything. She just sat there with a black face while we huddled in a group and thought of inventive new ways to insult her.
I'll update with what happened the next day another time, I'm really tired and I want to sleep.
Nights, yo

»I hate myself for doing this.
Wednesday, 18 April 2012
Anyway, Wei Yee didn't come today. So I ended up sitting with Fluffles during chinese. Then zh came over and started chiding me. Ugh, I hate when she does that, since I actually see that she has a point. I can't get angry at her.
Had consultation with Mr Lim, yea.
This is a crap post but at least it's something.

»I hate make up.
Friday, 13 April 2012
There. I get irked when people say I'm wearing make up by virtue of the fact that I hate that bloody substance so much.
I mean, are you bloody kidding me? I look like a squirrel as it is. I don't need bloody powder and sticky shit on my face just because you want me to do your fucking speech day. And before somebody points out I obviously wore copious amounts of makeup for cosplay, well, it was cosplay. Otherwise it would be cosfail.
Last minute I got an email saying Mrs Rupa wants us to wear stockings and powder. What the shit? And the best part? She didn't even send the bloody email. Somebody else had to send it for her. Way to be responsible, yo.
My skin is dying as it is, I don't need powder clogging my pores and making it all bumpy. Worse still, I caught a bloody cold today. Feeling like crap and there may be a chance that my voice will crack tomorrow. Great.
Yea, whatever, gotta go to sleep because guess what? Emcees have to turn up at 7am. Even the goddamn councillors doing reception don't need to turn up that early. What in the 13 levels of hell could they possibly want with us that early in the morning? What kind of unholy donkey butthole would do this? Oh right, Mrs Rupa and co.
I DEMAND SLEEP, ASSHATS

I almost broke down during art today but that's okay
I actually did break down yesterday in math, but that's okay too.
Mr Chan was being an asshole and I'm very sure the high blood pressure probably isn't good for my health, but that's okay too.
Because I finally got to see Fluffles for two hours today. (Don't worry, I'll touch on everything else later)
But first...
Fluffles came back today. At least, for a short period of time. It was like a breath of fresh air after wandering around sewage pipes all day. Actually, you know what? Scratch that shit about sewage. It was like I was finally breathing after being held underwater for an unbearably long time. And for almost the fourth time in the past few days, I almost cried. Again. (Apologies to people who've had to bear with me constantly whining these few days) Somehow, it seemed like everything that happened the past few days became so bloody inconsequential, just like that.
I think that maybe I'll be able to survive till Friday.
Anyway, where to start?
Oh yes.
Mr Chan.
Let me begin this by saying that I really hope that one day he gets so fat that when he leans on a railing, it breaks and sends him plummeting to his doom from a (hopefully) really tall building.
So Wei Yee broke a window. Yea, I know, how surprising.
I was checking her hands for shards because I was worried that something might be lodged in her hand, since she was complaining it was itching. Naturally, our backs were turned away from the front. Mr Chan, being the magnificent fat bastard that he is accused us of talking and not paying attention. As a punishment (I swear, the man comes up with the most retarded and unimaginative kinds of punishments ever) we had to do a presentation of the topic he was 'teaching'.
Never once does he express any sort of concern over the fact that a student in his form class may have glass fragments in her hand in need of extraction.
We weren't exactly pleased, so we give him a crap presentation with barely concealed jabs at what a shitty teacher he is ( "We have foreign talent in Singapore because sometimes our current pool of ...talent is extremely underqualified. Like teachers for instance! *glare*)
He eventually gets that we're insulting him *le gasps* and send us out of class so that we can redo our presentation to something better.
We come up with like, 10 new ways to insult him.
We only get to use 1. We came up with some crap about "Coney" amassing a child army in China. He sends us out of the class again.
Oh yes, the math breakdown. Turns out, we are hopelessly under prepared for MYEs. We were given 40 minutes to complete 5 MYE level math questions and most of the class only got to question 2.
Not finished, mind you. Halfway through.
I got a teensy, tiny bit upset. And by teeny tiny, I mean I started crying out of frustration. I'm in sec 2, dear lord, I have no right to cry under pressure. But my thoughts were just bouncing around in a giant 'Mindy's a complete failure!' conga line. It went something like this, "Wow, you can't even solve this? Seriously? What happened to GEP? Oh, right. You failed that too. You're a bloody retard, you know that?"
So round and round it went for half an hour while I tried to shut that out and remember my math concepts, which I totally blanked out on, by the way. When Mr Lim announced that there was 3 minutes left and I saw 3 half finished questions on my paper, I lost it.
I pretended to take a nap and cried until the end of the paper. As usual, I don't think anyone noticed. Besides Wei Yee, of course. Since I dripped onto her paper. And maybe Mr Lim, since he was looking pretty concerned. Yeap. It was a great day.
Then Art. Firstly, you've got to know something. I haven't gotten actual sleep for quite a few days now. I sleep at like 11, then wake up anywhere from 2-3am and am unable to go back to sleep. So I'm kinda moody. My group had already finished Art, so I figured there wasn't anything left to do. We finished Art because Mr Seet originally refused us any extension despite the fact that two of my groupmates (Fluffles, Bel) out of a group of four had to go for canoeing for a week and we couldn't meet up. Leaving us with half the time to do our work. To be more exact, leaving us with Good Friday to do our work. We sacrificed, literally, any sort of revision or relaxation that day just so we could do that stupid bloody project of his. Noon till 9pm, believe it or not. We were on task, we only had two half hour breaks the whole time.
So I think that hey, maybe I can get some much needed shut-eye during Mr Seet's class, right?
In case you're one of the dumber readers and still don't get the trend of this post, the answer was no. He woke me up and demanded I find Tisha and touch up on my work. Thing is, I had not a donkey's fart as to where the heck she was and I told him that. His response? "I don't care, you go find her and touch up."
Do you understand English, dude? Or do you think that like your Art, it has to bend and suit your standards? I.DO. NOT. KNOW. WHERE. THE. FUCK. SHE. IS.
Do you want me to search the whole school? Is that what you expect? I have an injured bloody foot, you cretin. Nonetheless, I end up walking around the FITT run route looking for her. And when I come back to class decidedly Tisha-less, Tisha is right there. Turns out, she was just at the bathroom. Yay.
I get even more pissed and fume next to Christine's group. Simran asks me why I'm so pissed and I tell her everything leading up to that point as best I can before my voice breaks and I almost start crying again. ( I got better)
So yes.
Dear assholes I just wrote about,
Sincerely,
Me.
P.S If you find that a shadow with a gun is following you around and you start to feel paranoid...that's not paranoia :)
